We brand our calves "the old fashioned way" by dragging them to the fire. We have a great time with our family & friends as we share the work among the neighbors. This includes young and old alike. At the branding, everyone has ample opportunity to hone his or her roping skills, vaccinating skills, mugging skills, or branding skills. After the work is done everyone delights in a BIG dinner and visiting. As was written in the Radersburg News many times, "A good time was had by all."
